The game begins with a pre-match staging area, which is on an island off the coast. The exciting part is you can peer off to a side and witness a panoramic view of the landscape you are about to play on.

You get a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the map and the island and devise a playing strategy. You can do it solo or talk it out with your squad. You get dropped off to the main map by a bright blue Battle school bus!

After locating a good landing spot, players jump off for a free-fall descent. After the land, you can take some time to familiarize yourself with things and enjoy the beauty of your battleground.

But in no time, you will see the formation of the storm, and your job is to trek to its eye to survive the game. The obstacle is not just the storm; it also other players who are hawk eyeing to eliminate you from the game. You have to protect yourself from a kill, which can happen really quickly in the game.

The sound quality and graphics play a huge role in the play. Luckily Fortnite has a done a good job in this domain. Though there is still a bit of scope for improvement, the overall experience is worth it.

Weapons

You will see generosity in the weapon system on Fortnite. There isn't a single spot on the map that doesn't have at least one weapon.

The quantity might sound appealing, but it has a major disadvantage too. The ease of availability means that every other player you meet will be loaded with a weapon.

And in such a situation, if your weapon is an axe against a gun, your chance of surviving becomes highly bleak. Better hide or run away; there is no medal for fighting!

A disappointing thing for a gamer is the lack of precision in the shooting. The entire experience is subpar, which reduces the overall excitement of the game. You have to get a lot closer to your enemy in order to take the right shot and hit your target. But that works both ways, by also giving your enemy a better opportunity to take a good shot.

Moreover, the guns on the game might be disappointing for a gamer, but the kind of satisfaction you will get with the rockets and grenades is unbeatable.
