Juliette

Calliope

Calliope is the youngest daughter of Jack and Talia Burns. She has been training to be a monster hunter since her childhood. Now at the age of 15, she's still trying to figure out her place in the world. Just like Juliette, Cal is pressured to be a particular way by her family. 

After falling in love with the vampire she was supposed to kill, Cal finds herself at a crossroads. She starts questioning if all monsters are bad and if hunters are wrong for killing all of them. 

Cal is a strong character who stands up to her family to be with Juliette. She is fierce, strong, and good with numerous weapons.

Elinor

In complete contrast to her sister Juliette, Elinor relishes being a legacy vampire. She enjoys all of its perks like spending a lot of time in the daylight, being invaluable to usual vampire weapons and being royalty. 

She has the power to manipulate one's mind. Elinor is ambitious, cruel, relentless, and finds excitement in feeding off of humans. Her only goal in life is to accumulate as much power as possible. She wants to be a keeper of Emerald Malkia one day.

Ben

Ben's life took a sudden turn when he found out that his best friend since childhood was a vampire. Not only that, but he also finds out that there are other monsters like witches out there. He's quirky, funny, positive, and charming. He challenges her mom and her monster-hunting force, but in the process makes Calliope the main murder suspect. 

Oliver

Oliver is Fairmont's exiled son. He returns back to Savannah after spending 5 years in Prague. Alongside his witch girlfriend, he releases monsters to cause havoc across the city. 

He's seen as merciless and atrocious by his parents due to his actions. But Oliver didn't always act on his own accord. He was being manipulated by his ruthless sister Elinor. 

Nevertheless, he pretends to be a good person to get Juliette's trust and get revenge on Elinor. In the season 1 finale, Talia takes her son Theo, the newly turned vampire, to him.

Apollo

Confident, cocky, and impatient. Those are the three attributes I would use to describe Apollo. He is the middle son of the Burns family. His family doesn't like his overconfidence and is scared that he might get hurt because of it one day. He accidentally stabs Theo while battling Elinor.
