The Faction World
In the Divergent world, Chicago is split into five groups known as the factions. When every child reaches the age of 16, they must choose between the five factions to remain there for the rest of their lives.
This quiz will recreate the same process for you as in the Divergent Universe to help find your faction.
The Process
There are three stages you go through in the Divergent Universe, helping bring out your inner virtues to help choose the faction you belong to.
Stage 1: The Aptitude Test
You first take an aptitude test, where you enter an imaginary simulator. It puts you through various virtual reality scenarios and records your reactions.
This will help you eliminate the other factions before your Choosing Ceremony.
Stage 2: The Choosing Ceremony
Right after the test, you get to pick your faction, which you have to live with for the rest of your life.
Stage 3: The Initiation
After the ceremony, you have to go through the initiation process of each faction, where the members and leaders put you through tests and practices.
This helps evaluate your capabilities of being a part of the faction. If you fail in this stage, you become factionless or an outcast.
Stage 4: The Decision
After making it this far, you finally get to choose the faction you belong to is the right fit for you or not. If yes, then congratulations! If not, then you become factionless.
The Factions
You can be allotted any of the following factions based on your virtues and strengths towards the end of your quiz.
The Dauntless
If you are brave, heroic, fearless, and bold, you will fall into this faction. The Dauntless help secure the city and protect all the people.

The Candor

The Abnegation

The Divergent
One of the rarest cases, if you have more than one virtue, you become Divergent. You have characteristics of multiple factions, and you do not fit into any one faction.
The Factionless
Those who do not fall into any of the virtue-based factions are called factionless. They live in abandoned places or Abnegation aids.
