Itachiyama is a group that is renowned for its strong offense and defense. The team boasts some of the best players, including Tsukasa Iizuna, the Junior Olympic Cup's best setter, Motoya Komori, one of the best high school liberos, and Kiyoomi Sakura, one of the top country aces.

They are the Interhigh champion and top seed in the Spring High National competition.

Fukurodani

Fukurodani's volleyball team is one of Tokyo's top four squads. Bokuto, one of the country's top five aces, and Akashi, the team's setter, are Fukurdani's most noteworthy players. An owl serves as the school's official representative is an owl. Respectively, their official jerseys are black with gold stripes on either side.

Kamomedai

The volleyball squad at Kamomedai concentrates on serving, blocking, and mental toughness. The players of Kamomedai's biggest strength, which Coach Aaron Murphy instilled in them, are mentally robust; they are unmoved by the acts of their opponents.

The Inarizaki boys' volleyball team has a long history of dominance and has participated in the Spring Tournament 31 times. They are renowned for having a talented team that includes the Miya Brothers, Rintar Suna, and Aran Ojiro, the top two scorers for Inarizaki.

The team's unique play style and propensity for taking chances have earned them the title of "strongest challengers." The team's motto, "We don't need (things like) memories," stands for always accepting new challenges without being constrained by prior successes.

Karasuno

Karasuno, the Boys' Volleyball Club, has a long history and is sometimes linked to crows. Karasuno has already represented the prefecture at the national Spring High competition about nine times.

Daichi Sawamura, Ryosuke Tanaka, Asahi Azumane, Shoyo Hinata, Yu Nishinoya, Tobio Kageyama, and Kei Tsukishima make up the starting lineup in order of importance.

The offensive prowess of Karasuno is its strongest trait, with a major emphasis on attacks like the fast strike and synchronized attacks using tempo.

Nekoma

The Nekoma Boys' Volleyball Club team is known as "The Cats" due to the players' versatility and strong receivers. Nekoma players had a chant they would always repeat: "As a plasma, we are. Let's move with fluidity. Keep the blood flowing with oxygen so the brain can function at its best." Nekoma met the requirements to serve as Spring High's host representative.
